A cottage-style character home in a quiet, tree-lined road close to town centre. Warm and friendly welcome. One bright and comfortably furnished double room with separate, private shower room. For groups of 3 people we also offer a charming adjacent single room. Both rooms have lovely views of the Sussex Weald and South Downs.

Breakfast can be taken on the terrace, weather permitting. We serve a variety of delicious quality breakfasts, including continental and vegetarian options, using local/organic produce whenever possible. Our bacon is from free range pigs reared in East Sussex and we use only free range eggs from a nearby farm. Traditionally baked bread, muesli and marmalade are home-made. We are happy to cater for special diets. Packed lunches provided to order.
