Our luxurious accommodation is just over an hour from London, minutes from lovely Lewes and a few miles from cosmopolitan city-by-the-sea Brighton. Notably, Cobbe Place Boutique Barns are situated within the National Park and nestled at the foot of the South Downs with direct access onto the South Downs Way - a walker's paradise. We are also very close to the wonderful Glyndebourne Opera House for which we offer a chauffeur service and bespoke picnics.

Cobbe Place Bout ique Barns comprise of three converted barns and stables including The Sailor's House, The Nook and Little Lodge. The rooms can be booked individually or together for larger groups and all share a wonderful courtyard garden complete with outside fireplace, built in BBQ area, and stunning dining table and chairs under a candle lit pergola. Guests also have private parking and access to a further 1.5 acre of gardens in which to relax.

Our rooms can be booked on a bed and breakfast basis or self-catering and are appointed with a mix of modern luxury combined with vintage treasures we have have found on our travels.
